OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD is an initiative that is focused on blessing children in need all around the world at Christmas time. How does it work? Simply fill a shoebox with things such as hygiene items, school supplies, clothes or accessories, toys and something ‘wow’. These boxes are then taken to some of the poorest places around the world and given to children who have never received a Christmas present. You can also invest in Flourishing Heart's health and wellness magazines to gain more insight and ideas.

 

You can download free resources, including a packing guide brochure and labels for your box that indicate the age range and gender for whom you have chosen to pack your shoebox. You can simply use any shoebox in your house, or the official OCC box and take it to the drop-off point during October (we will update you on where this is). Don’t forget a $10 donation for shipping purposes and a handwritten letter to the beautiful child your gift is going to!
